    Description: Very nice cap. Hand applied early cockade and eagle, with no underlying evidence that there was any previous machine sewn insignia. Soutache is factory applied. Surface mothing over the body of the cap, but does not detract from cap itself. 1939 manufacture with maker name and size(56) as well. A good solid early piece at a affordable price.
