I am working on a kubelwagen kit and want to get as close as possible to the original. Does anyone have pictures of WW2 kubelwagens in action?

Hi,

Correct markings ?, you can have what you like, there are no unit or tactical markings unique to VW Kubelwagen, it whatever unit they were in, as it is you have a 2nd Motorised Infantry Company tactical sign already on the mudguard.

Is there a specific unit marking you are chasing ?

I have none. But I'm sure a google search would turn up some original photos.

Also, have you tried looking at some models? The decal sets they supply are generally period accurate.

Thanks guys. No I am not looking for a specific unit, just wanted to get it as close to an original as possible. We want to start displaying it sometime this year for the museum project we are starting up here in TN. Again thanks for your help!
