Authentic Soviet beret tags, labels and markings?

Article about: I've been collecting Soviet headgear, helmets and gas masks and I have only Cold War items for now but I've been holding off on berets because I've no idea how to tell apart fake/post 1991 f

    Default Authentic Soviet beret tags, labels and markings?

    I've been collecting Soviet headgear, helmets and gas masks and I have only Cold War items for now but I've been holding off on berets because I've no idea how to tell apart fake/post 1991 from authentic ones.

    Can someone help me out? How do I tell them apart and recognize whatever labels, markings or tags they might have?
