Do you think this cap could be a 47 type passed on 54 rules?
Don't think so personally.
I am inclined to believe that yes - exactly so! From the shape of the remnants of the ink stamp on the bottom of the cap, I conclude that the stamp was just like that. This stamp, as far as I know, existed for a short time and subsequently its form was not repeated.
The inscription on the stamp: "Ц.Э.П. комбинат УВОС ГИУ ВМ" -C.E.P. Plant UVOS GIU VM
C.E.P. Plant of Department of clothing and baggage property of the Main Quartermaster headquarters of the Military Ministry.
The Military Ministry of the USSR existed until March 1953. After this date, the USSR had a Ministry of Defense.
Therefore, the cap was issued even under the War Ministry - until March 1953, according to the rules of 1947. The visor had to be altered after the order of 1954.
