Opinions on this SSH-39

Hi fellow collectors,

I have been looking for a good SSH-39 for a while now.
However, since it is not my expertise I would really love to hear your opinions on this particular piece.

To me the shell and the paintjob look original.

I do still have doubts about the liner and the prominent black stamp.

Can anyone shed some light on this piece?

I see nothing wrong with the helmet. The stamp seems ok - at least it doesn't really hurt my eyes.

It is a good helmet in a configuration that we find until 1940.
The liner seems damaged on the 6th photo ...

Hi Dom, thanks for your response! Glad to hear you think it is okay. The liner is definitely damaged. I am just being extra careful since it is a private seller.

Nice helmet. No matter the liner damage, I would love to have this one in the collection!

The seller is asking 650 euro. Considering the state the helmet is in I find this to a little too steep. If you want I could send you the link Marcel.
