Is this soviet tankist cap authentic?

I have bought a soviet tankist cap from a military shop that looks authentic until you look inside. The thing i found inside gave me doubts. There is also an etiquette hidden inside it where it says something in russian. It can be a fake or a post soviet production(soviet military stuff was still manufactured in the early 90s). If it is an early post soviet, it's still authentic to me. Photos will come in a separate post in this thread because i cannot upload them from mobile
