Very weird helmet indeed. What throws me off even more is the chinstrap. I know Blokadnik Ssh-36's have a leather chinstrap, as well as Spanish Civil War helmets (albeit a completely different type with different stitching), though this helmet does not seem to have additional set/holes for rivets as seen on Blockade examples, and it is most probably not a SCW example either. So this leads me to believe the chinstrap is added on? I can't tell what color the outside paint is, but if it is in fact blue I know that the Germans DID capture and reissue some Ssh-36's as Luftschutz helmets, though I don't see any sign of a front decal anywhere. Although uncertain (and probably unlikely), this is the best idea I can come up with. I have an Ssh-39 that was reissued as a Luftschutz helmet and it has a white stripe on the bottom of the helmet, allegedly to "be more visible and easily recognizable at night." Again, is this helmet of yours a Luftschutz helmet? I am not sure. Could it be? Yes. Could it be something totally different? Absolutely! I just wanted to throw out an idea of a possible answer to this mystery

Here is a link to my helmet if interested in the white stripe: link

Edit: If you are referring to the light blue specks of paint and not the shell color as a whole (which I cannot make out from the photos) then it is definitely not a Luftschutz lift IMO.

Hello "Papastalin1943" and huge thanks for replying!! You are right the chinstrap is probably not genuine ,because it is attached to liner side attachment and not where starap is supposed to be
.Strange that no body is interested to buy this helmet, because they think it is a fake. I thhinki it is not fake, but a bizzarre variatioin of the SSH36. I think it is some variation of Spanish civil war helmet and after painted in standard paint.

I think the white color is after WW2. The shine on the paint skin indicates that nitro enamels were used.
