I'm not sure about the liner, its not one I am familiar with and doesn't match my current example

Yes it's a 39, the sweatband is missing and a bracket is broken.

I agree with Dom... However, I will say that while I was reluctant for a long time, but I have seen enough of these liners without sweatbands to accept that for some period of time, LMZ did make a few without the sweatband. Probably a material supply issue or something similar.
