ssh40 stamp

hi i am new to this forum, just found it while searching for information about soviet wwII helmets. acutally i have a question about the attached picture showing a stamp of a ssh40 helmet. for me this stamp looks not genuine. can anybody tell me sometihing about the stamp? thanks

you're right, this is not original marking is a marking post-war tampered

That kind of stamp and LMZ logo "spider" was discovered on the helmets from 1948 year only. The 1944 is for sure fake stamp. Unfortunately someone break a nice postwar helmet, even 1948 dated is a good collecting example

how about this stamp? it looks like somebody removed another stamp just left of the present one.
