What is this visor cap?

Hello everyone, I came across this very strange visor that I can not identify by any means, nor is it listed anywhere on the very good site Under the Red Star. It is of the m55 style with a rounded visor albeit crushed flat. ignore the cockade as it is of the m63 aluminum type and I am almost 100% certain does not belong on here. it is a dark green similar to that of a cap belonging to forestry, it also has a strange lighter green piping. the interior almost looks like a theatre stamp to me but I am also unsure of this. If anybody had any ideas i'd be happy to hear them.

No, the colors are completely different than border guard.

I agree, it's not Borderguards. Can't find what this color combination is though.

yes, I admit my mistake. Assuming discoloration over time, (if piping was turquoise) the color combination is closest to Railway troops.

Is it just me, or does the band almost look velvet?

I'd say it was forestry but with cap badge and chin strap replaced to give it a more military look.
