Hello, I am new to the forum, this is my first post. I have a humble collection of military firearms and militaria. I am looking now for an original Heer WWII belt with buckle. I wanted to know your opinion about these two that I think are real. One is aluminium made, for what I now, maybe early war, private? The other one steel made, wartime?. Thank you!

    Hello,

the first one is a parade buckle with Reichswehr belt . May be a early one made by Paul Cramer , but not shure .

Is very difficult to say that by two piece constructions with no maker mark .

Second is a Julius Kremp steel buckle with matching belt .

    In all
    Regards ,
    Markus

Hi, I bought the steel buckle set, it looked to me the more solid of the two, your comments also added weight to decide me. Thank you!

It looked the better set, the buckle is marked, the belt looked undamaged as the other one had issues, wise choice IMO
