Hello friends! I have posted this buckle in the "Fake Heer" sticky. Is it a fake or should I delete my post there?
The buckle is listed as a copy on a dealer site and looks suspicious to me.
    Thank you for your time

I think it is a copy, the most obvious sign for me is the way the FLL is set. Fredrick Linden never did any straight letters, they always had a curve on the back, on EVERYTHING they made

This is also my opinion, even if others say it is otherwise (straight). Would like to see
correspondence from Friedrich Linden, stating this! For me it is curved, until otherwise
    stated.....Maybe someone can?

My Customs officers and Kriegsmarine officers buckles have the curved letters but I have found lots of Police and Water Police that I am sure are original and they have the straight letters. So far I haven't seen a EM buckle with curved letters.

OK. I take on board what has been said, but i for one would not feel comfortable looking at a makers mark that was different from any others the company made. Why have two different marks? It just don't make sense to me

Lots of companies have more than one mark. This seems to be the normal marking a
    on a EM buckle.
