German heer officer belt, I have some doubts, mainly because I havent seen so many german heer belt, if it's a heer or not, I'm not sure.
But I need a German heer belt (pioneer) for my uniform.
But why is the inside green, to me personnly it looks like a repro..?
Thank you guys
ps: I don't think I can get any other pictures since it's a auction.
I have no objection to the green lining, but I would like to see more before possibly swaying you to buy it.
The rather high gloss finish to the leather makes me a bit wary?
The open frame style buckle was also used on postwar belts. To illustrate this, here is a post war belt which I own. These are injection moulded and have a silver washed finish just like wartime buckles.
Cheers, Ade.
