GH Osang 1941 Dresden buckle

Before purchase, does this buckle seem correct to you? tab is marked GH Osang Dresden 1941.
Does the buckle appears to be from the same manufacturer?
180 dollars for that would it be ok for this?

I don't know a lot about buckles , it would be for my heer bust.

With this little paint on the front it really hurts the value. If I was selling this buckle I would probably ask $125.
