You’ll get a better price from a collector than you will from selling to a dealer. Collectors will pay you what an item is worth, or a little less, while dealers will try to lowball you. They are businesses, after all.

There is a classifieds section on this forum where you can list it for sale. Alternatively, you could PM a member you think may be interested and offer it to them. Obviously you won’t know who the local buckle enthusiasts are, but there are plenty here who collect them. Perhaps one of them could PM you with a private valuation, just to make sure you sell it for what it’s worth, and not for a pittance.
