Heer officer buckle

What do you guys make of this buckle?

Looks good IMO, but im no expert so its better to wait for others opinion.

A bit damaged, but looks original Assmann to me.

Some of the wear looks strange. These were only worn on the brocade belts except for the painted zinc ones. They were worn on web tropical belts. I would stay away from any Heer officers that wasn’t in excellent condition.

For me a worn original Heer officer buckle, I am not aware of any fake buckles around with the Assmann eagle on it
