Soviet Captured Heer Belt Buckles

I recently just found a Heer Belt that was captured in 1944 by a Soviet, it has a Red Star insignia nailed to the belt buckle. Anyone have any thoughts on it? I feel like this is a item I want to invest on. But I need to here others thoughts

Its 118 dollars + 8 dollars shipping, it doesnt seem like too much for it. But I'm worried it may be a post war item and not a actual Heer Buckle

I'm in a little place up north near Sault Ste Marie! Also that buckle looks awesome, wish I could find one with the Hammer and Sickle emblem on the insignia but everything is from years ago.
