That's a nice buckle in very good condition! The maker is Overhoff.
I thought perhaps a O.LC. Nice call Erno.. The "Ears" ?? Nice..
For me, the giveaways are the catch and eagle. Overhoff has another very distinct eagle, like Osang and Aurich.by Gwar
