I don't yet know all the variations of eagles that were used, but this one looks strange to me.
Let's wait for the guys in the know.
Tom
Yeah there are so many variations I am at a lose to know what is fake or how to tell.
For me this is a copy, but why exactly is hard for me to state clearly. The eagle is well formed but looks to be the same as Patch King examples and not like any original types that I have seen. Also, the enclosing stitching visible on the reverse is not something I am used to seeing on originals.
Regards,
Jerry
Whateverits just an opinion.
A copy from the 1970's, sorry.
Cheers, Ade.
