Can anyone tell me what this jacket is?

Hi, i am having a clear out and have just found this jacket, anyone know what it is? please.

There is an outline of a eagle on the right hand side breast and appears to have had some form of tabs on the collar.

It is a West German jacket of some sort which possibly had fake insignia attached to it at some point in time.
