The first one is OK, the matching tunic eagles were introduced in late 1942, though the Cap trap is probably a bit later. An ugly bird, but original

The black T trap does not look good to me, though the small pics do not allow me to be 100% certain that it is bad, just 99% certain. It looks to have weave above the fold line and the cockade center is too circular for my liking.
