Default Cavalry NCO Waffenrock w/ original accessories

Greetings, I'm interested in this waffenrock and I'd like some second opinions. I want to make sure the shoulder boards, breast eagle, & tabs are legit and hopefully original to the tunic.

The tunic material on the exterior and interior look fine to me + the stamping looks like examples I have seen in the past so I am sure the tunic it's self is original.

(P.S., I know Bill Shea will make good on this waffenrock if I buy it and there's an issue, however I'd rather not tie up my money waiting for a refund since I could potentially miss out on another item in the mean time.)

A bit of a disappointment that this dealer does not point-that out. That's probably why it has not sold, because other, the price is right.

I am a big fan of Bill & Patrick Shea but they do drop the ball occasionally like all dealers do. But I wonder if Bill himself does all of the grading & authenticating or if those responsibilities are falling onto the shoulders of Patrick & other staff more + more these days.

Being the first grade of NCO (Unteroffizier) I wonder if it is still an original item that the original owner never got around to getting the collar NCO litzen added, perhaps it was
in the pipeline, and then the tunic was put into storage and never finished....

It will still affect the price though.

The position of the collar tabs suggests that NCO Litzen was either sewn-on and removed or at least intended to be sewn-on.
