Did FLAK crews have special boots?

Are these some kind of special FLAK crew boots that he is wearing here? Never seen those before. Almost look like modern ski boots.

I think they are just special winter boots that were worn over the regular boots. I’ve seen them called Wachstiefel before.

They may be a version of the Luftwaffe rubber over boots, commonly worn by aircraft ground crewmen (produced with four, three or two metal clasp buckles) - here worn over the standard marching boots. I have three pairs.
