Hi,

I am looking for information on this piece. I am not exactly sure how to appropriately describe it. Any information on what it is or who would have worn it would be much appreciated!

These are 4 year long service ribbon bars for service in the Military.

It's a two-place ribbon bar for two Wehrmacht long service awards (in this case, army or navy; the air force had a different eagle).

The eagles look silverish, in which case the ribbons are for the 4- and 18 year grades. I've explained the system here (post # 4 and 7):
