E Boat Pin - RZM M1/65 - What is it?

Another item from a recent collection purchased that I can't identify. Back marked RZM M1/65. Measures 1.8" x .82". Any help would again be appreciated.

Not sure what this is supposed to be, however the RZM mark on the reverse is not correct for whatever this is.

Sorry this is fake, as stated it should not carry an RZM mark.

This is an interesting badge. Has the similarities of the WW2 era Schnellboot insignia (minus of course the wreath and swastika) as well as the 1957 post war German badge (again minus the wreath) Sadly though an RZM mark was added and as already stated is fake/fantasy. I have never seen anything like this before. It is unique and as a collector of American PT (Patrol Torpedo) boat items, this would be a neat addition to have to show other nation's PT badges, albeit a fantasy badge..
