Ek2 Ribbon and Ribon Bar to review

Hello,
I would like to know your opinion about an ek2 ribbon and a ribon bar that I have on the same uniform. I don't understand why the ribbon bar has a ww1 ek on it, cause there are a ww2 ribbon on the button... may be a fantaisie of the previous owner.

It is apparent that one of the two are not original to the uniform. Ribbon bars that are original to a uniform are seldom found on a tunic. It is likely that someone added the ribbon bar for display purposes without thought that it was an appropriate application.

It is not likely that one would find a 25 year civil service medal on a military uniform of an other ranks soldier. I am guessing the uniform is other ranks as the material does not appear to be officer quality. The bar looks genuine but is likely not original to the tunic.
