Individual photos are helpful so they can be directed to the right forum section. It is a mix of German political, railroad and Luftwaffe items and US insignia. The four bar patch is a US item denoting service in various theatres. NH
Hello Hhayser,
Welcome to the forum! Glad to see that you found us.
You have found a nice selection of original WWII German insignia! The numbered shoulder straps are from the bahnschutz, or the railroad protection police. The eagles and black and silver should boards are too. The armband is a standard party armband of the period that could be worn by almost any one in any organization. The gold on blue cannon patch with wings is a 1st pattern naval anti aircraft rating. The 4 gold bars on OD wool are US overseas stripes. Each bar denotes 6 monthes in a combat zone, 2 years. The 2 metal pins are for soldiers celebrating their end time of active service and going in to the reserves.

What Fred said.
Just for additional detail, the black shoulder boards with with the "winged wheel" device are for the second-lowest rank of Bahnschutzpolizei-Mann. The number "13" was worn by personnel subordinate to the Reichsbahndirektion (RBD) Hannover.
The narrow black-and-silver shoulder cords were worn by the ranks from Bahnschutzpolizei-Abteilungsführer up to and including Bahnschutzpolizei-Abteilungshauptführer (roughly equivalent to 2nd Lieutenant to Captain).
Since these do carry the swastika, they would not be Bundeswehr items. I have moved your thread to the correct section for you to get more answers.

Both are sleeve eagles from the Bahnschutzpolizei [Railway Protection Police], with different backing for wear on, respectively, the dark blue and field grey uniform.
HPL2008 is right. These eagles were shown in the "Uniformen-Markt"-
magazine from April 15, 1941 (Page 74). Here the colors black for
general use) and blue (for docters) are mentioned. The color green was
no longer included, but was worn earlier by those who had to wear the
feldgraue Schutzbekleidung:
for enlisted ranks and NCO's up to Zugführer woven; for the ranks
Oberzugfüher incl. Stabsführer aluminium woven; for the Chief of'
the Bahnschutzpolizei golden embroidered.
