GD Panzer Officer’s Tunic...opinions?

This one is a bit out of my comfort zone so I need some help. To me, the buttons seem a bit strange but the GD cyphers might be OK. Also, the wool seems to be of lower quality but maybe this is OK for a Officer’s field tunic? What about the cuff title? I don’t have much references for the bullion type...so I’m at a loss there. Again, looking some opinions from those who are more seasoned than myself. Thanks in advance!
