German Greatcoat Original or Repro?

Hello everyone
I have come across this greatcoat and was wondering what it Is. The collar looks a bit odd compared to the other versions of mantels I have seen before. Also the buttons are gold coloured. I can't tell if it is original or a post war east or west german overcoat. The seller says it may be a "German party coat". I don't see any markings and it seems to be missing a liner. Seems original to me but I am not too experienced with these.
