Help with Cloth and patches

I bought a bunch of patches and cloth from a World War II widow. I was able to easily identify the majority of the patches and cloths however there are a few that Have me guessing. Hoping someone can help. Was pretty sure the gold bullion Eagles were naval officer but the green and silver for sure I don't know. Thanks for any input.

The green triangle is SA, but I'm not sure of group/locale

The large blue and white eagle is for a sports shirt from the Navy. I like the smaller gold eagle it's nice-from a Navy Officer, as you guessed and decent quality.
