Help Identifying Breast Eagle

I am trying to put together a uniform grouping to honor the soldier in the below image:

Most of the insignia, badges, etc. are easy enough to identify, but I'm having trouble with the breast eagle.

This is the breast eagle I thought most closely resembled the one in the picture. I purchased it from the Guild, and it is currently in the mail.

Did I choose the correct one?

If not, which type of breast eagle is the soldier wearing in the picture?!

It looks like you chose the right one. Probably most seasoned collectors would barely take notice even if it were wrong. I think its correct to the picture.

I hope so! I think I'm going to put all of the things I've collected onto a repro tunic... so I'm determined to get as many of the other ALL ORIGINAL components (insignia, etc.) as close as possible!

It would appear that the soldat in the photo is wearing a Heer M36 Feldbluse it is hard for me to tell from the photo for shur but I beleive the collar is green and combined with the white piping on the shoulder boards would make him infantry if so I would agree with Newbie on this one and will post a few photos of mine for comparison.

I also would agree with newbie (and Mark), an M36 eagle is most likely, though the original pic does not show the eagle in enough detail to be sure.

Because it is probably a patch king copy, notice the front does not match any of the known variants of machine embroidered EM/NCO eagles and the reverse with the mesh is not normally seen, though this is just my opinion and might not be correct.
