Italian Made Luftwaffe Visor Cap Wreath

Hello,

Not been able to find much of anything out about this wreath. It's made by Bomisa which is a maker I know well from Italy of Regia Aeronautica metal insignia. But, I was not aware they made any items for the Luftwaffe. The coloring is original, although the gold has darkened some. Anyone familiar with this item?
