A little patience and you will hear.
No idea if it's actually KM, but the makers label looks period correct. Do a little self research of 1930's/40's photos may give more clues.
It does look the part and the inside wool liner does look correct.
Most of the black u-boat leathers were used by the SS HJ units late war.
Here is my "grey" u-boat leather.
