Hello I d be happy to be disproven but for me it looks like a rip-off of US army air corps cadet insignia with a swastika inserted. so my guess is postwar fabrication. best regards.

Additional infos.
After a question from me,Wilhelm Saris said.
"The official one, is the one with swastika within the circle.
The color white or yellow, according to the button-color, was already arranged in the Dienstvorschrift für die SA from 1932.
As far as I know it was no longer included in the Anzugs-Ordnung für die SA from March 1, 1934.
In Die Uniformen der Braunhemden by Freiherr von Eelking (March 1, 1934) it was still mentioned, but it was also said that
Fliegerstürme der SA und SS were incorporated within the Deutscher Luftsportverband since September 1933, for the
time being they were forming the Techniche Lehrstürme."
The two variants from my collection.
Regards,Jannis.
As described in the Assmann & Sohn catalog 'Flying Propeller' under the heading of 'Wehrmacht-Luftwaffe' devoid of any Swastika.
I'd rather be A "RaD Man than a Mad Man "
As with most branches of the T.R. a buckle..

What an amazing wealth of information and images. thank you Gentlemen.
so I guess that it is an original device then?
Hi all!
Thanks to everyone for your interest. This "propeller" has no snags or marks, only a pin, so it cannot be part of the collar lapel. Additional photos show the signature Pu.C. Paulman und Crone?
