LW jacket, fur lined

I'm offered this LW jacket. I think I have seen this jacket also in use by heer and ss troops, am I correct? What would be the value of this jacket?
Seller asks 250€, is this a decent price?

250 EUR is way over the top for this example.

This so-called Felljacke is a nice, mid-war piece. These were used by Heer, Luftwaffe and SS. Although an original example, I have serious concerns about the Luftwaffe eagle being period applied.
