LW Jacket - Opinions Needed

Just got offered this near mint LW jacket. Any thought on whether its an authentic piece or not. Corrosion on the buttons and vague stam caught my attention.

Well, for what ever it is worth - In 65 yrs of collecting I've never seen anything like it.
I would Not buy it if it was $20.

I've seen quilted jackets, vests and trousers with similar construction. I have a pair of quilted trousers with a dark blue color. NH

The Hungarian Army used something similar during WW2, this one could be Hungarian.....
