It was originally an officer's jacket with the fold-up cuffs and dark green collar removed. I'm afraid no longer in collectable condition.

Nick is right, it was a private purchase post-1941 (six front buttons) Feldbluse, as it's made of woolen cloth it has been most likely worn on the field, by an Officer as there are two hooks at the collar (and a very pointed collar). There are known examples of NCOs tunics with french cuffs (and we'll don't even talk about the dark green collar). But if i'm not mistaking NCOs were not allowed two hooks at the collar. And yes again, the condition is poor...very poor
This one has been most likely postwar "saboted"...
