Officers belt - original?

Hey Guys - is this officers double-claw belt, pre 1945 made? On the buckle I think "Assmann" marking:

I like it ! It's reminiscent of the RAD claw buckle made by Assmann, not too sure of officer only use.. G

Thanks for a reply. I missed out on that belt, sad to day. I saw this one, a bit saltier, a brown leather type, not a black one - this have a chance to be original WW2?
