Hello, from what i see, this is not original imo. The ring is marked 18 or 19 (I see 19 atleast) which indicates E. Ferdinand Wiedmann. And it does not match any documented Wiedmann ostmedaille. Some of the Lorbeeren leaves lack detail and are very visible for a Wiedmann medal. But it's better to wait for some other comments to be 100% sure.

Do you have a clean shot of the back of the medaille ?
Normally the 2 is tilted back on E. Ferdinand Wiedmann Ostmedaille and the lorbeeren are not as caracteristic as on many of the other producers.
