Panzer shoulder boards

These are a little outside my usual scope.
From what I can gather these are Sergent's Panzer shoulder boards?
Any further info appreciated.

Those would be not for Panzer but for Panzerjäger due to the "P" device. To be technically correct, it is a shoulder strap, not shoulder board. EM/NCO had shoulder straps and officers wore shoulder boards.

Perhaps a specialist can chime in, but I would tentatively say it's original but NOT a factory produced piece. Possibly a tailor-made example due to its construction and the "wrong" pattern of Tresse used.
