Upon closer examination of the stamp numbers, it can be seen that the numbers are :
    0/1907/0155. Not 0/1007/0156.

1900 is a Netherlands code. But there is a small difference between the number 1900 and 1907, so it is also possible Netherlands.

Anyone know which cap maker this would be for:

R B Nr 0/0045/0054 and 1943. The last digits are difficult to read
And could also be either 0084 or 0034.

    Hello gentlemen,

    IMPORTANT.

For lovers of RBNr numbering codes. You will find in the appendix a link to a site where more than 7500 RBNr numbers have already been deciphered. It seems that this colossal work is the work of a certain Mr. Barch. Thank you sir for this precious help.
The site is very well done. In German or English as desired.
    Good reading.
