Hello gentlemen,

On your last photo, I, personally, see a number "4" & other persons in my near, to.
By consulting the RBNR database, 0/2009/000- . Corresponds to the Diekirch region in Luxembourg. The only manufacturer of uniforms and caps known to date in this region is ALMI whose code is 0/2009/0004.

which has a clearer RB Number for Alfred Miess or 'ALMI' ...
