It appears to have dark blue waffenfarbe??? Certainly not Infantry white.
If it is medical blue, then it will be Sanitätstruppen 329.
Can you post more pics please so we can see exactly wht you have?

The Waffenfarbe looks indeed dark blue. In conjonction with the numerals, this shoulderstrap should be meant for the Sanitätstruppen 329 (a Sanitäts-Kompanie) from the 329. Infanteriedivision (Lexikon der Wehrmacht).
From this photo, i'm encline to say that this example is a privately purchased shoulderstrap. The dark green wool does not indicate an era of production, just a buyer's request...

The background is green and there is a blue edge or piping.
