Hi I would be grateful if anyone can I.D these Boards they were in with a mixed lot of medals,no clue any help appreciated

Nice set of Kriegsmarine shoulder straps. They are for a Chief Petty Officer 1st class (Mechanic), if not mistaken.

My thoughts as well... the pips do not look to be WW2 period at all.

Boards and pips are from the Bundeswehr (ie post-war). The pips come from Army officers’ boards (Heer) while the boards and the insignia come from the Navy. The pips are used in order to replicate Kriegsmarine’s boards that were featuring such pips instead of golden chevrons like in the post-war Navy.
