Please, look this patch. It is early type without russian letters "ПСВ".

I think it is original, because it was removed from uniform

Both examples shown in Uniforms and Traditions of the German Army by Angola and Schlicht, have lettering above, the hand made examples shown of other eastern units are also very different in construction then this example.
