Trade- Flag for German Tunic- Ideas where to look ?...

Hello all so I am looking to trade my Kriesmarine Flag with some cash , for a German Uniform/Tunic. I am not sure who I should go to with regards of getting a fair trade deal. Any recommendations ? I have added a photo of one I liked at SV Militaria but I am unsure. Mind you I don't care about condition really on the jacket/tunic I want. Sold one I had and have missed it ever since !

Opinions on what sites/dealers to use within the US would be very helpful along with opinions on this damaged tunic. I realize uniforms can be pricey but like I said I am really looking for one, condition not a issue.
