Well, the tunic looks original to me. It's a 3rd model and seems to be unissued, unworn.

The eagle is an original early pattern but applied in the way they used to do on 1st pattern tunics. This for me says it has been reapplied. The same goes for the collar tabs as well. They are original examples but applied in the early fashion. Pictures of the reverse would help to solve this out.
For the straps and chevron i cannot form an opinion based on these photos. We need clear close ups. For the straps a close up of the piping, underlay wool and linen/cotton material of the tongue's backing.

This was the sales ad when the seller bought it many years ago:

Heer Tropical M42 type four-pocket Tunic.

Standard M42 Tropical Tunic in olive coloured cotton cloth. Four patchstyle

pockets with scaloped pocket flaps . Pebbled metalbuttons are removable

and attached by means of S-rings.

Lightblue collar litzen with copperbrown piping are machinesewn as well

as handsewn to collar and are factory applyed. BEVO tropical breasteagle

on copperbrown base is handsewn above right breastpocket it can be

factory sewn or a later replacement, hard to say for sure. On left arm

there is a by us added Obergefreiters chevron. The tunic have EM light

blue ayon piped boards for supply branch. At the left breast pocket there

are by us added loops for a woundbadge.

The conditon of the tunic is near mint, it has probably never been issued.

Tunic is unlined. It has RB-number marking and size marks as seen on the

    photos

Yes the model is a 2nd pattern but produced after 43 with an RbNr stamp.
The Litzen based on the new photos are clearly factory applied.
I have doubts about the eagle. I can see holes from a previous application but i am using my phone now so i need to check it again on pc monitor tomorrow.
The straps appear original as well but post a photo of them laying open showing the reverse side please.

The tunic is not unlined. It's partially lined as it should be.

Thanks sir, will do so, although these are no cheap, asking Price 1200 Euros, have been searching aroung for quite sometime, not finding what I was looking for. This one seems to be the one and if you are convinced by the straps will move to the negotiation step and looking forward to buy it. I thank you again for your great assessment, regards, Juan

Looking again at the eagle, even on the phone, it's definitely reapplied. And it's a poor application at that. The good thing is that it's a more rare early example made of cotton.

1200 is a bargain if the straps are original. Most dealers are asking for 300 euros just for the breast eagle and 800 for the straps.
