Tropical patch missing!

Hello all,
I have this nice panzer grenadier tropenbluse here which has a patch missing on the right upper sleeve. I just wanted to know what the possible patches could have been?

It could be a couple of things. A sonderverband patch or Gebirgsjaeger patch. Could we get some close ups on the tabs and eagle on this tunic. A shot of the ghost of the patch would be nice also. Thanks.

I deleted it because i've seen a bit late the title of the thread "tropical patch missing", thinking that the tank destruction patch was not a tropical one....

Hello and thank you both for your comments. I will add pictures tomorrow but the size is roughly 2 inches across and oval in shape much like a jäger or gebirgsjager type of patch. I was thinking jäger as gebirgsjager and panzer grenadier didn't seem as likely of a combination.
