From these poor photos, it looks like an original Heer M42 Feldbluse to me, but the condition is terrible (there's even a missing waist pocket)...I guess it won't reach a top price...
Sorry to say but the only thing you can do with this kind of tunic is not buying it...(or perhaps if you want to set up a mannequin of german soldier after eight years of captivity).

Yes, a waist pocket is missing
also, shoulderstraps loops & buttons are missing...
This one has seen better days

Personaly i don't like very much the last tunic posted.
Photos are poor and markings are quite odd, including the font.
What material is it made of ?
Looks like grey HBT (which did exist of course)
If original, i would be surprised if all insignia were factory or period applied.
Remember that quality is better than quantity, except if you can afford both.
