uniform stripe unknown??

have here about 10 m uniform stranded tape, but I can not exactly zuprdnen what the stranded tape is exactly. What's your opinion?

It is a variation of tress used on chevrons and tunics.

As usual Fred is right, it is a variation mostly used in the Heer and the WSS.
Below on the right, you can see this tress on an Obergefreiter rank patch made of green reed Drillich material.
On the left is the more common wartime matt grey tresse.
